Did Jesus Christ Exist in History?

The writings of secular historians about Jesus also support many of the most popular beliefs in the world outside of the Bible: Islam recognizes the existence of Jesus Christ.

The existence of Jesus is acknowledged by Buddhism, Hinduism, and Baha'i.  Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons (LDS) believed that Jesus was real.  However, it's the wrong Jesus in all of these man-made religions, and they all seriously fail to uphold the core theological tenets of the Bible.  They all believe that Jesus Christ was either a great teacher, a magician, another prophet, another god of many, or in some other way the son of God, but their descriptions and traits of the "Son of God" are false.

On the other hand, the Bible described Jesus as an everlasting being, not a created one, and as God in human form inside Christianity. Jesus was present during the world's creation, throughout the Old Testament, and prior to the genesis of Genesis 1.

It is essential to comprehend and accept Jesus in the right way; otherwise, it is in error. It is crucial that you are saved and granted eternal life, that your sin debt is paid off, and that your sins are truly forgiven.  If you don't have the right Jesus—God became flesh, crucified, and physically risen from the dead three days later—you won't be able to enter heaven and His Kingdom.

Many Jewish and Roman historians referenced Jesus Christ within a few decades of his life in passages that support parts of the New Testament about his life and death.  Because they were alive when Jesus' early disciples were only starting to carry on the ministry and share the good news of Jesus' Gospel and soul salvation, most of these historians knew people who had witnessed, heard, or seen Jesus' teachings.

He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. John 1:10

But God said this about his Son:

God, your throne [Your throne, O God; ] will last forever and ever. You will rule your kingdom with fairness [a righteous scepter; a scepter symbolizes royal authority]. Hebrews 1:8

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. Colossians 2:8

For by Him [Jesus Christ] were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him: And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist. Colossians 1:16
